What better way to show off company culture but through the eyes of the employees themselves. Genetech wanted a video that felt user-generated but elevated in an interesting manner. By using various visual techniques and asking employees to wear cameras capturing their day-to-day Little Rumble (along with Wellington Bowler) created an approachable and fun culture video that touches upon not only the science of Genentech but the essence of true Genentech culture for this incredible company.
